All your life you have dreamt of being an actor. The art, the glamor, the fame. Whatever your reason, you went to school for this, and now, finally, your big break.  A famous director has fired the lead of their movie in a clash of egos. The studio is going to pull funding, so the director took a chance on you, hoping to finish the movie in one day, with a single take. Will the movie you make be a box office darling? Will you finally have a place in Tinseltown? Or will you go back to working children's birthday parties? 

Silver Screen is a short RPG game aimed at one-shots. All you need are the rules and 2d6.  It allows the director(gm) to tell a story in any genre they choose. This game uses an experimental slider system for stats, something I wanted to try out before homebrewing a system for my friends.  

This is version one of the game. If you play, leave a comment on what could be changed for later versions.
